First order guarantee
If your first order does not perform as described on this site, tell us within seventy-two hours and we credit the full amount to your balance. We will usually try to move you to a different node first, because that fixes it in ten minutes and you keep the server.
Billing cycles
Two cycles exist: monthly, and annual at thirty percent off. Fleet discounts of three, six or ten percent apply automatically from three, five and ten servers on the same invoice. Nothing is negotiated and nobody gets a better price for asking.
Cancellations
Cancel from the dashboard at any time. The service runs until the end of the period you paid for, then stops. On monthly cycles we do not credit unused days; on annual cycles we credit unused whole months if you cancel more than sixty days before renewal.
Our decision to terminate
If we terminate a service for a reason other than a policy violation, for example because we are closing a location, we credit all unused time and give you at least thirty days to migrate.
Overpayments
Sending more than the invoice amount credits the difference to your balance automatically, usually within one confirmation. Balance never expires and can be spent on anything, including a completely different service.
What is not refundable
Services terminated for a violation of the acceptable use policy. One-off fees for work already performed, such as a migration we completed. Licences already purchased on your behalf from a third party, such as Windows or cPanel, for the period in progress.
